Kato Ladies Clinic has now become the single largest IVF Center in the world. The number of the IVF cycles carried out at the Clinic has reached historical 23,000 in 2009.In the past, as with most of the IVF centers in the world, the conventional IVF strategy using large dose of gonadotropins was being carried out at Kato Ladies Clinic. The strategy, however, brought many side effects and complications, particularly ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) and multiple gestations, creating not only medical but also social problems.
