With the development of the market economy, talent tenancy as a brand new way to allocate the talent resource market is adopted by colleges and universities. That has successfully used in teaching assistants and achieved notable benefit, while the adoption are controversial in the teacher posts. Based on interviews to the 53 managers and indepth interviews in 11 colleges and universities, this paper raises that the talent tenancy in higher education teacher posts should be adopted reflectingly, which concludes from the following five aspects: university spirit nurturing in colleges and universities, professional characteristics of university teacher performance, the external environment of talent tenancy, the operational mechanism of talent tenancy, the organization of teacher team.
