Lung cancer is one of the most frequent malignancy，but its onset is concealed. About 2/3 such final diagnosis patients have lost their opportunities of operation，so nowadays chemotherapy is the major therapeutic tool to them. Lung malignant cell multidrug resistance is the main cause of failure of tumor chemotherapy. Although we have obtained great progression on exploiting new drugs and biotherapy during the past few years，therapeutic effect is still not as good as our expectation.During the recent ten years，hyperthermia has become the fifth therapy tool of tumor along with the development of thermobiology and thermophysic s and the exploitation of themotherapy equipment. Some studies have showed that hyperthermia could reverse or significantly enhance sensitivity of chemotherapeutics to some tumor cells. Because of these，we observe synergistic effects of hyperthermia and cisplatin on natural drug-resistance cell H1299human lung adenocarcinoma cell line，by means of detecting cell cytotoxicity with CCK-8 and analyzing the change of cell cycle with flow cytometry.
