微量聚噻吩掺杂Ag2Pb18Te20复合热电材料的研究

摘要

The polythiophene (PTh)/lead telluride based (Ag2Pb18Te20) nanocomposite has been prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) using the mixture of the nanosized Ag2Pb18Te20 and PTh powders.The nano-sized Ag2Pb18Te20 powders were prepared by hydrothermal method.The starting materials were silver nitrate (AgNO3,AR),lead acetate (Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O,AR),tellurium powder (Te,99.9%),sodium hydroxide (NaOH,AR) and NaBH4 (AR).The stock solutions of Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O (0.36 M),AgNO3 (0.1 M) and NaOH (0.891 M) were firstly prepared in distilled water or ethanol.The solution A was prepared by adding proper tellurium powder and dissolving proper NaBH4 in NaOH solution. The solution B with proper ratio of Pb, Ag was prepared by mixing their stock solutions. The solutions A and B were then mixed slowlyaccording to the composition of Ag2Pb18Te20 under vigorously stirring. The mixed solution was transferred toa sealed teflon-lined autoclave and heated to 240℃, holding for 24 h. After the system was cooled down to the room temperature, powder products in the autoclave were filtered and washed with ethanol for severaltimes and then dried in vacuum at 60℃ overnight. Polythiophene powder was polymerized by chemically oxidizing thiophene monomer with anhydrous iron (Ⅲ)-chloride in anhydrous chloroform, according to the procedure previously reported by Wang, et al. The infrared tranismittance spectra of PTh confirmed that it is the undoped PTh.The main peaks at, 690, 786, 1435 and 1637 cm -1 correspond to the typical peaks of the undoped PTh .
