This paper addresses the Bounded-Input Bounded-Output(BIBO)stabilization problem of a class of delayed systems with sector and sloperestricted nonlinear perturbation. Sector bounds and slope bounds are used on aconvex combination representation of the nonlinear function.By using Finsler' sLemma and double integral Jensen inequality, a tripe integral Lyapunov functionalis constructed to derive some new BIBO stability criteria.One numerical exampleis presented to illustrate the validity of the main results.
