In this present work, electrochemical oxidation of biological pretreated citric acid wastewater forreuse was studied. The effect of electric voltage and initial chloride concentration were investigated based onthe COD, turbidity removal efficiency, specific energy consumption and instantaneous current efficiency.Under the conditions of electric voltage of 9V, the initial chloride concentration of 3000 mgL-1at electrolysistime of 60min, the COD concentration and turbidity were effectively reduce from 349 mgL-1and 66 NTU to6 mgL-1and 3.8NTU, which satisfactorily meet the reuse water quality standard for circulating cooling water(展开▼
