This paper founds reliability judging plan of little lots sample Electronic Equipment, analyses softsetting of Electronic Equipment reliability judging system based on little lots. And the whole framework ofguided ammunition reliability judging system based on little lots is designed, Electronic Equipment reliabilityjudging system is developed by using Delphi. And reliability judging system has been successfully adopted inone Electronic Equipment.
