After access to relevant literature, this paper takes "lip-synching" incident on the openingceremony of Beijing Olympic Games as a case, cuts into the detailed analysis and discussion from theperspectives of law and philosophy, focuses on the universality and specificity of law and philosophyinterpretations of the event, that is the overall running concept was reflected during the entire running system,get the spiritual unity of whole and partial in external image aspect, when owning this claim right of external,and to reflect the event authenticity, the event inherent attribute itself, has sub-attribute rights of performance,thus forming the value conflict between the external overall image and the internal property itself. Throughthe law and philosophy significance thinking of the event, on the one hand, China still has a long way to gofor the establishment of legal society and modern civil society, and also need the improvement anddevelopment of the relevant policies and regulations and the industry order, on the other hand, the event itselfcause the whole society to actively participate, interact, reflect, lay the foundation for future development ofChina's legal society and civil society.
