摘要

This paper reports the results of a study of experimental conditions for a long term SCC growth test of Alloy 600 and Ni base weld metal in high temperature oxygenated water. The following items are discussed.rn(1) effect of test interruption and conditions for re-starting SCC,(2) correction of potential drop measurements, (3) evaluation of secondary cracks, (4) inter-dendritic crack introduction conditions in high temperature water, (5) evaluation of SCC growth rate for the specimen which shows almost no SCC growth in potential drop measurements after long term SCC test.rnThese SCC tests were conducted to evaluate the effects of various test parameters on SCC growth behavior to establish future test procedures for long term SCC tests.
