No doubt, the resulting general outline for a marketing plan, both representing the views of all relevant development partners involved and integrating the critical conditions required for the successful site development, may be considered the main contribution of this research project to the relevant project assessment techniques. This approach complements the sheer inventory of economic effects without engagement, clearly communicates opportunities and limitations to all parties involved, and enhances the engagement of all beneficiary or affected parties. It thus created the opportunity to answer a relatively standard question in a different way and led to an accessible document which has been widely discussed amongst the main stakeholders.
