We have demonstrated the use of lidar in various aspects, be it tracking the evolution of the puff (coalescence and shape changes) or dispersion estimates in both the horizontal and vertical cross-wind directions or characterization of the wind field in the nocturnal boundary layer. It gives us valuable insights into the various phenomena occurring in the atmosphere.
