摘要

Throughout the entire gas value chain, the challenges can be very diverse. The costs of production, transport, processing and market development must be balanced with the ultimate commercial value of the gas. Gas masterplanning is a process developed by Shell Global Solutions that coordinates input across the whole gas value chain from production well to final customer. The gas masterplan helps oil and gas companies to optimise gas production through the pipeline infrastructure and gas plants, and finally to gas markets. Part of the process is building a high-level integrated gas flow optimization model, which allows mapping of technical and commercial issues in a consistent way throughout the complete gas value chain. The technical side of the model compasses the gas production process, the composition of the different gas streams as they progress through gas processing plants, gas pipeline infrastructure and compressor stations passing via gas commercialisation schemes such as LNG or FLNG or GtL until finally delivery to the customer. The technical model will visualise economic drivers and key constraints in the existing gas network system and will allow companies to identify alternatives to remove constraints or to invest into new assets. In a few examples the Gas Masterplanning process will be illustrated.
