Results of experimental, analytic and numerical researches of "idle" electrical explosions of conductors at the wide range of changing of current density j_m in maximum of stored magnetic energy are presented. Experimentally founded out monotonous dependence of locally optimized values of peaked field intensities versus maximum current density E_m~* = kj_m is analyzed.
