The vehicle dynamic test is a very complicated process, especially the driver-vehicleroadrnclosed-loop system test. The closed-loop test usually consists of single-lane change test,rndouble-lane change test and pylon course slalom test. In the past, the test signals are usuallyrnstored on a recorder, so the test results canrnno not be checked in the field, which have to bernt analyzed through the special signal processor later, and the test results can no not be directlyrnt stored on a computer. Further more, we can no not know whether the test is successful or notrnt immediately after the test. But with the virtual instrument, the test signals can be observedrnduring the test process, the data can be directly saved in a computer, and the test data curverncan be drawn on the spot. So we can analyze the test results after each test. This improves therntest efficiency and reduces the test failure. The test system includes gyroscope, data-acquiredrncard, laptop and special software. Using the special software, the friendly interface is designed,rnwhich makes it is very easy to control the test and select corresponding parameters. We’verndesigned such a device and the device has been used in the practical driver-vehicle-roadrnclosed-loop test. The test results show that the test system is desirable for the vehiclernresearcher and engineer.
