摘要

In this paper a new experimental program of laboratory tests was presented,rnperformed for replicate digging tests, for which the soil free boundary before and after thernexperiment were similar. Assuming, that the whole excavation task consists of several replicaterncycles the optimization of the single cycle plays significant role in the energetical efficiency ofrnthe whole earth-working task. In order to investigate this efficiency several trajectory parametersrnwere used, such as: the slope inclination, the inclination of the initial phase of trajectory, the toolrninclination and others. In this experimental program the model of the K-111 Waryński excavatorrnbucket without teeth was used. The optimal trajectory parameters were found for the particularrnsoil and the bucket.rnIn the second part of this paper the model tool equipped with teeth was used. The experimentalrnverification of the influence of teeth (number of teeth, position of teeth on the bucket’s inside lip)rnon the efficiency of the digging cycle was the aim of this part. Considering energy consumptionrnthe usage of teeth for sandy clay turned out to be inefficient comparing with the tool obeyingrninside lip without teeth, especially for the initial part of the digging process.
