A series of performance testing regarding somernharmonic drive gears with two types of lubrication hadrnbeen carried out respectively in order to confirm thernperformance degradation of liquid-lubricated gears andrnthe reliability of solid-lubricated ones. Accelerated liferntest under four kinds of output torque stress werernadopted to evaluate the gears which were treated withrnPFPE-lubricated H-DLC-coating and to verify whetherrnthey could meet the requirement of long lifetime service.rnSeveral extreme environment simulation testing and liferntesting were designed to verify the feasibility andrnreliability of gears which were lubricated withrnsputtering MoS2 composite films and to confirm thatrnthey could be applied in extream environment such asrnbroader range of temperature from - 60 ℃ to +80℃rnsimultaneous with high output torque(30Nm).
