@@ Introduction: This study aims to explore the relations between the middle students' exercise experience and their physical health. Methods: (1) To measure the middle school students' subjective exercise experience (TMSSSEE) : the study select "the Measurement Table of the Subjective Exercise Experience"designed by McAuley and Cour-neya, which includes the positive happiness sense (TPHS) , the psychological troubles (TPT) and the fatigue degree (TFD) , of which contains four questions, and each questions have seven answers which are arranged differently from the most inappropriate to the most appropriate. The internal consistency reliability of the three subscales is as follows: TPHS 0. 86, TPT 0. 85 and TFD 0. 88. The measurement points are the sum of the related topics' scores. (2) To measure the middle school students' physical health situations: The test projects are divided into the physical shape, the lung capacity, the endurance class, the flexibility strength class, and the speed dexterity class on the basis of"the Students' Physical Health Standard"(TSPHS). At first, to get the marks of each group according to the measurement rules and the point standards, and then to obtain the scores of the students' physical health by adding the scores of each group to the results got by multiplying the scores of each group and their own corresponding proportion.
