Zinc plating is a good way of improving anti-corrosion ability of steel or iron, but zinc is easilycorroded (such as production of 'white rusty'). In order to improve anti- corrosion ability andperfect appearance of zinc, surface of zinc is often passivated by traditional six-price chromiumcompound. However, six-price chromium has high toxicity. Accordingly it is of very importantvalue to study chromium-free passivating [1] and three-price-chromium passivating [2]. So mainstudy of Cr 3+ passivating,and prelim- inary study of molybdates' chromium-free passivatingwere carried out by us.
