摘要

Gd-DTPA (Magnevist,1) is a clinical MRI contrast agent,with an excellent magnetic property and good stability.However, the recently study revealed that 1 can act as a specific trigger for the development of nephrogenic fibrosing dermopathy and nephrogenic systemic fibrosis, and some countries have been stopped clinical use.It is a new tactic how to keep the excellent property and avoid renal disease,some tentative maneuvers have been explored,such as linking 1 with feasible polysaccharide and protein as well as enwrapped with polymer.Here we report that 1 derivative compounds with series narrow distribution chitooligosaecharides (CTSx-Gd-DTPA) and glucosamine (GLU-Gd-DTPA,2),using 1 as control.The magnetic properties were tasted on NMI20-Analyst(NMR Analyzer with Imaging,22 MHz,Shanghai Niumag Corp.),found DP=8 (CTS8-Gd-DTPA,3) with the best magnetic property,brief introduced as below:
