This paper takes China as an example to illustrate the positive role to the social and economic development of developing countries importing foreign capital. The second part gives a further, systematic analysis of the development and present condition of China using foreign capital, and a description of the important role that the foreign capital enterprises are playing. The third part puts forward positive, feasible proposals for China to further use foreign capital.
