摘要

Aluminium phosphate (AlPO4) has shown synergistic effect in flame retarded Polypropylene(FR-PP) with ammonium polyphosphate (APP)/dipentaerythfitol (DPER) system.The thermal and combustion behaviours of FR-PP have been studied to explore the mechanism.The interactions between A1PO4 and APP are determined using thermal gravity (TG) and TG-FTIR analysis.The morphology of FR-PP residue char from cone calorimeter (Cone) test is characterized by means of SEM.The results have indicated that A1PO4 contributes to the char-formation behaviours.
