This paper first analyzes the principles and method of determining the scale of Logistics Park, then based on the current situation of regional economic and logistics development in Wuhan, using Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBF) to forecast the total demand of scale of Logistics Parks in Wuhan, then compare to the current planning and constructing scale of Logistics Park in Wuhan and give the corresponding view.
