Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. has developed two types of electronic gas meters with thermal flow sensorsrnfor industrial use and residential use.rnThis meters have thermal flow sensors on the wall of the fluid path of the rectifier, and attain arnwide range of measurement.rnWe evaluated the performance of prototypes and confirmed that the meters for natural gases canrnalso be used as “calorific flow meter”.rnThis paper details meter experiments and specifications.
