Fluid characteristic and water―oil ― gas distribution is the two main subjects of mordern reservoir description technique, and it is also the key theme of fluid modeling. The specific gravity and viscosity of crude oil has a strong plane heterogeneity in different development place at Niu ― 12 fault ― block in Niuju oil ― field, and its crude oil component, specific gravity and viscosity have some extent of correlativity each other. The different types of natural gas component are changed with the level deepening. The formation water belongs to the type of sodium carbonate, and salinity varies greatly, the plane distribution of different ions is different, the distributing characteristic of every kind of ions in different period is different. The water ― oil ― gas relationship is complex, which is controlled mainly by sands, and the east and west of fault ― blocks has different characteristics.
