When the submarine launches the weapon, as the head spreads out the submarine shell, the stream of water will strike and the head will deflect astern. The deflection will bring out two serious questions. One is that the weapon will be collided and damage its tail. The other is that the weapon will move along the arc route astern the back, so it is possible to collide with the submarine. This paper takes the decoy for example and the math model of the initial trajectory of the decoy leaving from the launching tube is established. The paper is based on the math model, analyses the interior reason and the safe measure is put forwarded.
