We have presented two fundamental axes that allow us to specify coordination: situations and forms. We have next presented a modeling process to facilitate the implementation of coordination solution. Specifying solutions according to situations and forms of coordination makes up a framework allowing the fundamental questions posed in [13] to be answered: "... why, when, where and how is coordination implemented ?". In effect, our approach describes a solution (how) to solve a coordination problem (why) that occurs in a situation (when). Basing our approach upon the two axes situations-forms allows us to clearly differentiate between problem modeling and modeling of resolution mechanisms. As shown, this view facilitates the specification of solutions. Furthermore, it is established that most works relative to coordination [5] mention the existence of interdependence between entities in order to introduce the concept of coordination. However, as observed by [13], few efforts have been made to model explicitly this notion of interdependence. Concerning our approach, we propose to identify elements of interdependence between entities. In effect, the modeling of situations is driven by invariant events that affect all relevant entities. principles, mechanisms, and rules allowing solution diagrams to be expressed. Thus, according to our approach, these mechanisms will be specified by particular coordination forms, for example "negotiation" [3] in the same way that the "Process standardization" can be modeled by a set of directives. Future works consist of integrating the coordination patterns into a software platform to aid process modeling. Their contribution consists of facilitating the identification of coordination problems and specifying solutions. The envisaged application field is organizational processes re-engineering.
