摘要

This paper presents BetaWB, a framework for modelling andrnsimulating biological processes. The modelling language isrnbased on b-binders, a process calculus developed for betterrnrepresenting biological interactions. In order to providernefficient and accurate stochastic simulation, a new stochasticrnselection algorithm, based on the Gillespie assumption, isrnpresented. Moreover, two companion graphical tools for thernmodel development and simulation results analysis are provided.
