摘要

In this test we examined the regulating effect of different formula of preservatives on cut flower variety Lily Pollyanna cultivated in jars its arrangement. Mainly we determined its physiological index and arrangement life and the parameters include: fresh weight,length of bud.vase life, CAT activity, permeability of petal cell membrane. The result shows that formulae C (30g/L S+200mg/L 8-HQC+ 100mg/L GA)is the most effective on delaying Lily cut flower's withering.
