Performance Appraisal of College Staffs is an important part of human resource management in universities. It is advantageous to increase the faith of the appraisal, increase the efficiency of organization and synthetically quality of personnel through holding of the rules, methods, standards and procedure. The analysis of the results is the purpose of performance appraisal. It is key to assure that the analysis is quickly and effective. This paper uses the thought of affiliation network in complex network and establishes an affiliation network between the staffs and appraisal indicators. It also analyzes the results of College staffs performance appraisal through using the distribution of vertex weights in weighted networks.
