On the basis of through study of the theory of general inhomogeneous system, prompt the computational realization strategy. During the realization, adopt the technology such as: find the rank of augmented matrix of a general inhomogeneous system adopting step matrix, store anti-free unknown and free unknown variable into a double direction stack whose size equal to the number of unknown variable of the inhomogeneous system. After that, Applet program and Web is presented. Such a program can be used to provide the same functionality to users worldwide by making the applet available for download via Web and can be installed on a computer as a stand-alone application.
