It's very important to establish a set of teaching quality supervisory system, which can not only embody talents education characteristics but also conform the university development. On the foundation of the problem that appearing in analyzing university teaching quality supervisory, this paper mainly illustrate how to construct the teaching quality supervisory system from seven sides, which also combined the practice of teaching quality supervisory system. The seven jobs are inseparable and independent. Finally they constitute a completely teaching quality supervisory system.
