Private entrepreneur's innovation behaviour plays an important role in the development of private enterprises and even whole socio-economy. However, in recent years, the private entrepreneur's innovation behaviour is in bottleneck state. Through the analysis of reality performance of private entrepreneur innovation's "low-end lock", this paper believes that there are four reasons that mainly obstruct private entrepreneur's innovation. They are insufficient spirit demand, mental discomfort, defective capacity, small innovation space.
