After this article unifies the global economic integration, the transnational environment cooperation's development change, methods and so on utilization induction, comparison, classification, synthesis, summarize the Chinese different area ecology civilization construction the primary coverage, the performance and the characteristic, and conducts this research with the developed country quite studies, proposed that the traditional industry to the ecology industry reforming way, the construction conforms to the ecology civilization construction industrial colony, tries to solve in the ecology civilization construction process the industrial structure to be unitary, the resources potential is limited, environmental pollution and ecological damage and so on realistic question, promotion ecology harmony and economic society sustainable development.
