摘要

The worldwide wave of the industrial belt transfer is going on, the industrial upgrading from "Made in China" to "Created in China" in China enterprises need to strengthen the ability of independent innovation development and the practice. With the representative of the core industries such as car, optoelectronics and biomedicine, these enterprises undoubtedly bear the exemplary role. The platform Construction of independent innovation in these enterprises can be effective driven enterprises in other industries and inter-industry enterprise's rapid escalation in technology and Service. With the unbalanced conditions in China's regional economic development, an effective system of regional collaboration plays an important role in the protection and support in the ability of independent innovation and transfer of enterprises. This paper try to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the above issues based on the theories of industry innovation and conduction, the coordinated regional development.
