摘要

In this paper a wet chemical synthesis of zinc oxide assisted by microwave heating was investigated. Two starting solutions of Zn(NO3)2 · 6H2O and NaOH were mixed. Obtained mixture was heated in conventional oven and in microwave reactor. Products of reaction were investigated with scanning electron microscope. Results showed that obtained white powder contains crystallized structures build from nano- and microscale stars and urchins.
