Based on the analysis of roof disaster prevention and control technology in Zao zhuang Mining field, the ZY6600/25.5/55 large mining height hydraulic support with a width of 1.5 m is developed for the first time followed by the stability verification, and the antifall chain and adjustable devices which are accommodate to deep dip angle and large mining height are installed to solve problems related to rib spalling, roof dumping in front of the support, antidumping and anti-slipping devices, effectively controlling the roof stability, reducing the cost of bracket and accessories, expanding application range of fully mechanized mining techniques to achieve efficient production with an average yield of up to 10000 t/d. It also maximizes the recovery coefficient of coal resources, upgrading the machinery and equipment, as well as promoting the technology of high yield and high efficiency of mining in China.
