The library is the core of each schools central, preserve the vast amount of information and human precious historical heritage. As to the students in the school library media of the wisdom and civilization conveying, bearing the burden of culture history. As for the vocational colleges in the construction of the library information resources, efforts to strengthen the integrity of the modern technology, the advanced nature of the work and the richness of talents as library construction of the core issue of top priority. This paper will be of higher vocational college library modernization construction and management mode and emphasis, and discussed this cause deep thought.
