摘要

We apply the generalized linear model to the interactive effect analysis in clinical trials of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine.We assign a quantitative indicator and a qualitative indicator as the response variable separately.Then we set centers,treatments and baseline as explanatory variables.Thus we establish models containing and not containing the interaction effect of centre and treatment.By the hypothesis testing method,we can deduce whether the interaction effect exists or not.
