摘要

The performance appraisal is a strong guarantee of the implementation of the strategy,as the theoretical basis of the strategic map,and further elaborated with the Balanced Scorecard,summed up the characteristics and advantages of the strategic map.On this basis,the four universal dimensions of the strategic map,conversion,adjustment,through strategic analyze to make out the strategic map of the development of vocational colleges and the establishment of a performance evaluation index system of vocational colleges,for the realization of Vocational and Technological College the strategic objectives of the school to explore a scientific,effective performance appraisal method.
