摘要

Various typical accelerated life model under a single stress or double stresses are presented,and their characterization and relationship are deeply analyzed.By different mathematical transformation of these models,the general statistical model form and its application range are obtained,moreover made further extension and put forward the accelerated life model of machines.According to kinds of life distribution function family,accelerated factor and its constraint condition of accelerated test are developed.As an example,fiber optic gyro scopes are used to make step stress accelerated test.Carrying out optimum design and processing with MLE statistical method are to obtain the design stress level and finally to extrapolate characteristic life and accelerated factor.And then it proves general accelerated model reasonable.
