摘要

From the industrial engineering (IE) point of view,the BPR method was used to reform and optimize the quality management business process to make it more concise,intuitive and integration,in the process of object-oriented quality management information system development.And on this basis,the Unified Modeling Language what has the function of visual analysis was applied to model for the static structure and dynamic behaviors of the system.The models described the elements,cases and activities of the system from time and space.The technology was convenient for the communication between users and designers,at the same time,it also provided the basis of system analysis,designing,maintaining and extending.
