With the rapid development of transportation industry, more and more attention was paid to its management. The construction and development of low-carbon transportation system is so important a task. Based on the existing problems in the transportation system, as well as the actual situation in Xinjiang, the paper proposed an idea of low-carbon in transportation system. It makes full use of ASP (Active Server Page) and database technology to integrate and classify the dispersed traffic information in our work. The method's aim to enhance transportation efficiency was elaborate, and the frame was full given. At last, an application example was shown.
