摘要

During the construction of Corruption Risks Prevention System(or CRPS, for short), there are many problems such as lack of information resources integration, data non-sharing, low-level redundant construction, lack of top-level design and so on. Based on the cloud computing techniques including E-government cloud services and SOA(Service Oriented Architecture), this paper probe into building a new CRPS platform as “Electric Cage”, choosing E-government cloud services as the core, centralizing the hardware and software resources, unifying top-down master plan and “SaaS” cloud-based apps development.
机译：腐败风险防范系统（简称CRPS）在建设过程中，存在信息资源整合不足，数据不共享，底层冗余建设，顶层设计缺失等问题。本文基于电子政务云服务和SOA（Service Oriented Architecture，服务导向架构）的云计算技术，探讨构建新的CRPS平台“ Electric Cage”，选择电子政务云服务为核心，集中硬件和软件。资源，统一了自上而下的总体规划和基于云的“ SaaS”应用开发。
