摘要

The effectiveness of education and training system is a feature of developed societies, consequently education is always looking for new learning tools to improve the process of learning and teaching and increase its effectiveness. Currently, digital technologies of computer and internet open wide opportunity for using it to improve the education and learning as well as training. The rapid change in education systems, methods and techniques in the world including the Arab world, requires those who are interested to follow these developments, and to draw plans to integrate modern technologies in the educational and training system. Needless to say, the institutions that fail to cope with this era will be doomed to extinction. This study aims to know about the reality of educational usage of digital technologies in the Arab country to know its types, the cooperation of educational and training institutions in the Arab World for providing it, and the cooperation of the students to detect difficulties and obstacles and to find available solutions. This study aims at clarifying the role of educational institutions within the information technology, identifying the study problem, objectives, its importance, as well as the sample and community, and determining its fields, limitation, terminology, approach, tools and its procedures. Furthermore, it presents some related previous studies with some discussion, and then views and analyzes the results of the study, the discussion and finally it concludes and implies for further research.
