摘要

The report presents the measurement results of the focused beam brightness in the source with a plasma emitter. It is shown that focused electron beams with high brightness can be obtained along with hot cathode sources in the sources based on “cold” emitters. The gas-discharge plasma can be used like such emitter of electrons.
