Information System (IS) was proved can act as an enabler to support, improve and enhance human activity and performance. Hence, Peer Evaluation System has been design and develops to support Malaysia higher learning institutions in assessing soft skills elements. The objective of the system is to provide a non-bias platform for students to evaluate their group members on a fair basis and to ease the process of grading by lecturers. The Rational Unified Process (RUP) played as a guideline in managing system development activity. A group of respondents were defined and given a set of questionnaire questions to survey the new system against user expectations.
