Time series and imaging using fractal analysis have been implemented in many areas of science and engineering, economics, biology and statistics among others, for their ability to detect auto-similarities or irregular behavior patterns. Such advantage has represented a significant advance in the monitoring and control of variables processes and research. But all this has been done in most cases with the help of software trademarks and sophisticated equipment that often do not realize the possibility of acquiring or present the results in a user-friendly graphical interface to analyze online or process variables seudoline their fractals descriptors. Therefore, it has been developed in graphic language (language-G) a program that performs the analysis of process variables crystallization of cane sugar for online monitoring of their acquired images and evolution crystallization with fractal descriptors.
