We have studied the electrical conduction in active layers of organic photodetectors based copper phthalocyanines and PEDOT: PSS, with ITO substrate and added by casting, the result was an organic semiconductor device was tested in a voltage range of ???0.5 to 1.2 volts, with a wavelength of absorption in the active layer of 750nm, further we used a computational chemistry package Gaussian 09 to get the absorption spectrum and was compared with experimental data.
