In this paper, a telecommunication assessment method is proposed to achieve the goal of "At the design stage of telecommunication equipment function index analysis and predict overall electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of all equipment in the ship". The telecommunication assessment method is based on device performance analysis of EMC evaluation model. The optimization method in the design method is based on multi-objective genetic algorithm. The proposed method can provide effective, strong operability electromagnetic compatibility indexes of evaluation and optimization scheme to meet the requirements of EMC between the established systems. Simulation showed that the evaluation and optimization model can achieve the overall quantitative control of electromagnetic compatibility in telecommunication system.
