摘要

In order to improve the reliability of the closed electro-hydraulic servo system, the system and its components are simulated and modeled in this paper. In the study of the pressure relief process after shutting down the servo system, servovalve is found to be related strongly with this process. Based on the modeling simulation results, verification tests show that the pressure relief time is influenced by the throttling level of the servovalve's core and filter, which means redundant substances can hinder the relief process. Follow-up tests show that the servovalve's internal leakage is proportional to the variation of the pressure relief time. In order to optimize the pressure relief process of the closed electro-hydraulic servo system, the servovalve's internal leakage is better to be under control.
